- **Kimberly Accurso**: "This house was a great spot for our group to stay for the Final Four.  It is situated in a really pretty neighborhood with mature homes.  It was a short (7-10 min)  walk to a nearby café and coffee shop, and a 5-minute drive to many other places.  

The house itself, though it accommodated our group of 8, fell short in few areas.  Most notably, and in contrast to other reviews on the same property, it was not particularly clean.  There was food in the fridge when we arrived.  The bathroom counters, main shower, and mirrors were not clean.  The floors (both bare and rugs) were quite dirty.
The grill had gas but was too dirty to use.  

The mini splits, though nice to have, were not functioning and need to be serviced.  

Additionally, though there were 3 full baths, one of the two bathrooms on the second floor does not have a shower, just a tub.  This should be explicit in the listing.  

The house accommodated our group but was nowhere near the condition we would have expected." (6/5)
