Every home in our portfolio is chosen, designed, and looked after by a small local team. Three things we don't compromise on.

Designed, not decorated.
Real linens, full kitchens, wifi that holds a video call. The hot tub is tested in the morning. The fire pit has dry wood next to it. The coffee setup is, again, not terrible.
Set up by hand

Local hands, fast answers.
Our cleaners, handymen, and guest support all live in Indianapolis. If something goes sideways at 11pm on a race weekend, the person solving it is fifteen minutes away, not fifteen hundred.

That part isn't marketing.
Indianapolis is the kind of city you have to actually visit to understand. It's the brick and limestone of Mass Ave on a Friday night. It's the quiet of the Cultural Trail at 7am. It's St. Elmo's shrimp cocktail that makes grown men sweat. It's the second-loudest stadium in the NFL when the Colts are home, and a Pacers crowd that doesn't sit down. It's race weekend in May, when the whole state shows up. It's a city built for people who'd rather skip the line than wait in it.
Every home in our portfolio is within a fifteen-minute drive of something we'd send our own friends to. Most are within a fifteen-minute walk.

“The Black Barn was everything we expected and more! We felt right at home from the moment we walked through the big yellow door! The space was warm and welcoming. It was perfectly imperfect! We can't wait to see what Josh does with the addition! Our 3 year old son really enjoyed feeding the coy fish as well as the chickens. The little chipmunk was a great visitor as well! If you're looking for a getaway, need a place for an event or just a home away from home, this is the place for you! Theres a lot to do in the area or you can simply enjoy the space. It's kid both kid friendly and private. Come see for yourself! We will definitely be back!”
