Our unique home has a style all its own. Built in the 1800's, we like to call it the original Franklin Tiny Home! You will be close to all of the things Franklin has to offer, like the College, Coffee Shops, Antiques and plenty of dining options within a few blocks from you! Please note that we DO NOT ALLOW PETS. Our tiny home has everything you need to get away and unwind from your daily life. Even though it's small, you will feel right at home. Relax in the back yard around the fire pit or soak in the Hot Tub. You will have access to the entire house. We offer self check in. There is some road construction going on out in front of the house. You will park on the property, under the carport.

Loved the house. Has so much history. Always have great experiences when visiting your rentals. Look forward to visiting more in the near future!
The home itself is great. Lovely historic home close to town. We appreciated the thoughtful decor and authentic finishes. However, we rented this specific house because it had the outdoor amenities we were looking for. Be advised owner lives across the street and is accustomed to parking in the shared carport at this property. Also, the motion sensor lights are extremely sensitive and activate at the slightest movement including cars driving down the street.
Fantastic tiny house with hot tub and fire place. the House inside is beautiful and authentic from 19th century. of course with all new electric equipment. great fridge with freezer, big oven/stove , free drinking water was nice and outside a perfect retreat with fireplace and hot tub. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend Josh as an great host, Jerry as a very friendly owner and the house as a relaxed place to stay.
