Josh accommodated a last minute stay with understanding. Nice backyard for pets.
The value was pretty good for it being a busy time to go to Indy because of the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. Josh was very communicative and helped with a couple of questions we had. There's also a lot of room which is great. It is an older house though, so there are some small issues here and there. The downstairs half bath needs a new door or the current door needs to be rehung so that it can close properly, and the batteries need to be replaced on the front door keypad. But overall the experience was good!
